These terms govern the public Frac7 website and invited client portal. A signed client agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Website demonstrations
Dashboard metrics, account observations, and workflow examples shown publicly are simulated demonstrations. They are not client results, audited figures, forecasts, or guarantees of future performance.
Client access
Portal access is invitation-only. You must protect sign-in links, use only accounts you are authorized to connect, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Third-party platforms
Integrations depend on third-party services and their approval, availability, APIs, and terms. Frac7 does not control those services. Disconnecting locally may not revoke access upstream when a provider does not support automated revocation; follow the portal notice in that case.
Services and pricing
Website descriptions and prices are informational and may change. Scope, fees, term, data responsibilities, and performance targets are established only in a signed client agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Frac7 disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
